Micro-enterprise development schemes
EPAG provides grants and business training to pastoralists that are looking to diversify their economies beyond livestock production. Some of these people are agro-pastoralists that have been cultivating on rain-fed farms and would like to expand by opening a market stall or investing in a bee-keeping business. Others are mobile pastoralists that would like to engage in hides and skins trading or set up livestock marketing co-operative.
